Canadore College / The Lindsay Weld Centre for Children National Tree Day Plant

As part of the future childcare centre renovations, we are pleased to announce a tree-planting event at the former E.T. Carmichael School site. We will be planting 28 Maple trees of various species along the fenced area adjacent to the soon-to-be-constructed playground. These trees will provide natural shade for the children who will thrive at the centre. We warmly invite Canadore College and Lindsay Weld Centre staff and students to join us for this special occasion. Community members are also encouraged to take part in the tree planting on National Tree Day, September 25th, at 11:00 AM. Snacks and refreshments will be provided.
