National Tree Day Sylvotherapy Session

Scotia Environmental Education Delivery (SEED) will be facilitating a free Sylvotherapy Session on Wednesday September 25th in honour of National Tree Day. Participants will be guided through a forest bathing experience by a certified Sylvotherapy Coach.
